Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how Komorebi Infrastructure LLC (“Komorebi Hub,” “we,” “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on komorebihub.com (the “Site”). It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device to make it work, keep it secure, or remember your preferences. “Local storage” is a related technology that lets a site save small settings in your browser. Cookies can be set by the site you’re visiting (first-party) or by another service the site uses (third-party).
2. Our approach
By default the Site uses only strictly-necessary technologies: the kind needed to serve the pages securely and remember your preferences, plus Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies, without local storage and without any identifier that could follow you between sites or visits. It is listed in the table below and it runs whatever you choose on the banner, because there is nothing about it to consent to.
Separately, if you select “Accept” on our cookie banner, we also load Google Analytics, which does set cookies. If you select “Reject” (or ignore the banner), Google Analytics never loads and no analytics cookies are set. We never use advertising cookies or cross-site ad tracking. Because Google Analytics is optional, our banner is a genuine consent gate: the choice is yours, and you can change it any time by clearing your site data.

Cookie names set by our security provider may change over time; the categories above describe what they’re for.
4. Third-party services
- Cloudflare hosts and protects the Site and may set the strictly-necessary security cookies noted above.
- Typefaces are self-hosted. The fonts used on the Site are served from komorebihub.com itself, not from Google Fonts or any other third-party font service. Loading a page sends no request to a font provider and discloses your IP address to none.
- Google (Gemini API). If you open the AI assistant and send it a message, the text of your conversation is sent to Google’s Gemini API to generate the reply. It sets no cookies on the Site. Please don’t type sensitive personal information or confidential third-party data into the chat.
- Resend. Delivers the notification email we receive when you submit the inquiry form or leave your details in the chat. It sets no cookies on the Site.
- Supabase stores inquiry-form submissions when you send them. It is not used to track your browsing and does not set tracking cookies on the Site.
- Google Analytics. If you consent, the Site loads Google Analytics 4 to measure page views and general usage. It sets first-party analytics cookies (e.g.
_ga) and processes usage data with your IP address anonymized. We do not use it for advertising, and if you reject on the banner Google Analytics never loads. See Google’s privacy policy for how Google handles this data.
5. Managing cookies
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings, and clear local storage the same way. Most browsers let you block cookies entirely or on a per-site basis. Because the cookies we use are strictly necessary, blocking them may cause parts of the Site to work incorrectly. To remove the preferences we store, clear your browser’s site data for komorebihub.com.
6. Changes to this Policy
If we introduce new cookies or technologies we will update this Policy, update the “Last updated” date, and, where the law requires, ask for your consent before setting any non-essential cookies.
